Yoga combines breathing, flexibility, strength and relaxation. This combination provides the environment to create “the relaxation response” and a release of physical and emotional stress. "This practice is a gift one gives to themselves". "Sometimes, bringing the physical body to the mat may be the biggest challenge on the path to Wellness. But after a class, you will rarely, (if ever) say, “I wish I would have stayed at home”
