ZOOM LIVE Yoga at Home Schedule


Monday - 12:00-1:00 - Gentle Yoga

 

A series of low body stretches, seated breath work, Upper body poses, cat cow, simple down dog and 1/2 sun salutations, relaxing Shavasana. 1 hour class. Strap recommended.


Tuesday - 5:00-5:45 / Stretch*Breathe*Relax

 

A super relaxing 45 minute class designed to bring ourselves back into balance and empty the stress that may be hidden in the body and mind from the day. Includes concentrated breath work, head to toe stretches and Shavasana.


Wednesday - 10:30-11:45 / Gentle Yoga with Heat building poses

 

A 75 minute class that offers a full range of classic yoga poses (seated and standing) and stretches - including warrior series, squats and balance work ends with final relaxation Shavasana and closing prayer


Thursday - 12:00-1:00 / Light Weight Resistance Class

 

A fun 1 hour of light resistance muscle work. You can use light weights, soup cans or water bottles! Anything that will provide a little resistance to work our bodies. All the major muscle groups are included - from head to toe!

A beautiful one hour long balanced gentle yoga class - classic stretches, seated poses, side bends, cat cow pose, gentle standing poses and ends with relaxing Shavasana


Sunday - 4:00-5:30 / Yin Yoga

 

A 90 minute yin yoga practice. Long deep floor poses provide the environment for profound muscle and connective tissue release. Students who practice yin should not have any existing joint injuries. Some experience and familiarity with yin basics is suggested. Please contact the instructor with any questions. Blocks and a blanket or cushion may be helpful.
